• Past life regression is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals access memories of their past lives. This practice can provide insights into current life issues and emotional healing by exploring experiences from previous incarnations.

  • Past life regression sessions average around 1.5 hours but depending on the information needed to uncover, a single session can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

  • About a week prior to your session I will contact you to pencil in a short orientation. We will discuss the questions you’d like to have answered and I will provide you with basic guidelines on how to prepare.

    If this is your first time experiencing meditation, hypnosis, or visualization, I will send you a short practice meditation after booking your session.

    In general prepare for a minimum of 1.5 hours of deep undisturbed relaxation. Limit caffeine intake and eliminate any recreational drug or alcohol use the day of your session.

    If our appointment is virtual make sure you have a strong internet connection with quality headphones or a headset.

  • I currently provide sessions in person and remotely. If you book a remote session you are able to be in the comfort of your home or any quiet space you have access to.

    If you are located in the San Diego area I provide in person sessions in your home, studio, or office. I am willing to travel within Southern California limits for an additional fee.

  • I do offer a one time complementary rescheduling if you are able to notify me at minimum 72 hours prior to your session. I will do my best to accommodate a new session date for you. Repeat rescheduling will incur a $50 fee.

    All deposits are non-refundable. I do accept cancelations if they are made via email or text 72 hours prior to our session, however, if a cancelation is requested less than 72 hours prior to your session you will be required to pay for the full service cost.

  • A $50 deposit is required for all sessions which is non-refundable.

    48 hours prior to your session you will receive a request for the full payment of your session minus the $50 deposit.

    If payment is unable to process I will offer one complementary rescheduling - recurrent rescheduling will result in a $50 fee or forfeit of session/full cost.
